Refund Policy
At FarmKO Fun Farm and Glamping, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our services.
Cancellation and Refund Schedule
All cancellations will incur charges based on the following schedule:
- All cancellations will incur a 20% charge, regardless of the date the cancellation is made.
- Cancellations made 15 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge.
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 75% charge.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.
Security Deposit Refund
A security deposit of ₱1,500 is required upon check-in. The amount will be refunded upon check-out, subject to any deductions for:
- Incidental charges during your stay
- Damages to property or equipment
- Lost or damaged items
- Additional cleaning fees if necessary
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation or check-out
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking
- Bank transfers may take 3-5 additional business days to appear in your account
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice:
- No refund will be provided
- The full booking amount will be charged
- Your reservation will be cancelled after 24 hours
- You may be required to pay a no-show fee for future bookings
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.):
- Full refunds may be provided at our discretion
- Alternative dates may be offered without additional charges
- Documentation may be required for force majeure claims
- We reserve the right to modify this policy based on circumstances
Early Departure
If you need to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date:
- No refund will be provided for unused nights
- Early departure fees may apply
- You must notify staff at least 24 hours in advance
- Special circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
